If moving to the area, Marc is who you want. I was moving from out of State. He helped me find a realtor in my area to sell my home, coordinated directly with that realtor to ensure everything was done smoothly, and found my new home. Marc is an excellent negotiator who is honest and fair but most importantly transparent. He works hard for his clients and makes sure you dont stress about a thing. I was struggling with exactly what area I wanted to live in. Marc is very knowledgeable in the school districts, and what to expect for future growth in the area. He was able to educate me on what was in the process of being built (ie..new shopping centers, more houses, ect) and was patient with me as I changed my mind on where I wanted to buy at. He can also provide a ton of recommendations on local service needs. I highly, highly recommend!!
