I had a fantastic experience with Marc as my selling agent. After talking with a few agents, he quickly differentiated himself and showed what he could bring to the table. Marc listened as I shared my listing price goals, desired listing date and closing date. I has a renter living in my Condo and he didn't hesitate in working around my tenants schedule and move out date. Marc was quick to respond to calls, texts or emails. He was honest in potential market challenges but was willing to push the envelop on my asking price. I truly felt he was representing me. This was important as I moved to the west coast years prior and needed someone I could trust. Ultimately Marc hit every timeline we agreed upon, we listed my place on time (I received a full price offer on the 2nd day), and most importantly closed on the scheduled date. In this housing market, you need to have a great agent but someone who comes with their ecosystem of support to help expedite the entire process. Simple put, you need someone who comes with a community of talented real estate professionals. His recommendations and connections for our legal needs and house inspection services were impressive, and we'll return to them for our next home. We started working with Marc in early 2020 when the pandemic was new, and the real estate market was insane. We made offers on several homes, and Marc helped navigate the process and the help us keep the faith when we lost out on the house. He was also able to help us navigate the tricky 30-day buy and sell, and we avoided paying a double mortgage; well done, Marc! Marc helped us find a home for a long distance move from Georgia to Illinois in a VERY short amount of time.
