ZillowVERIFIEDMarc has been our agent since roughly 2015. We bought our first house on a very limited income and he worked tirelessly to find a home that would fit both our needs and budget. Now, two more buy/sells later, we are in, what we hope to be, our forever home. Marc was there through every purchase, sale, staging, open house and closing - not just for our own homes, but for friends and family, as well. There are a million things I would rather do than buy another house and move...again. But if the situation comes up, I wouldnt consider working with anyone other than Marc. As long as he is in real estate, hes the only agent we will work with!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time homebuyer, I wasn?t just looking for someone to unlock doors, I needed someone to help unlock the entire process. Working with Marc made an overwhelming experience feel smooth, clear, and empowering from day one. Communication was fast and thoughtful at every step. No question went unanswered (and I asked a lot of questions) and no message went ignored. Marc provided detailed explanations that helped me understand each phase of the journey. I never felt rushed, and I always felt informed. I truly appreciated was his insight during negotiations. Instead of just checking boxes or pushing back for the sake of it, Marc helped me understand which asks could make a financial difference and which ones were more emotional than impactful. That honest guidance helped me focus on what truly mattered and saved time in the process. Behind the scenes, I felt Marc was really advocating for me by coordinating with vendors, inspectors, and lenders to make sure everything was lined up seamlessly. Thanks to that diligence, the experience felt almost turn-key. If youre a first-time buyer (or any buyer) looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in your success, I can?t recommend Marc enough. All puns absolutely intended.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have bought 3 houses with Marc and sold 2. For 11 years we have partnered with Marc on our real estate endeavors. He has been with us since we were first time home buyers to this last house in 2022. While this home may be our dream home, you never know what the future brings. If were to leave there wouldnt be anyone else I call. Marc is very knowledgeable with many neighborhoods in the Metro Region of Denver and does well to listen your needs and find the right area for you. He is always update date with current market trends in the industry and is always willing to help talk through the ups and downs at any given time. During the sale of our 2nd home into buying our 3rd Marc was pivotal in timing our listing to get the most viewers at one of the slowest times to sell. We were under contract after 1 day showing. He helped with the right staging and photo company to maximize our profits as we moved to looking for our 3rd home. Without his help and guidance i doubt we would have sold for what we did and had the capital to move to the area we wanted to be in. Reliable, punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Marc will get you from start to finish whether its home number 1 or home number 5. Hes your guy.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarc listed our home and sold it for us. Marc was very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, communicative, professional, and easy to work with. He made the process easy and seamless for two people that have never sold a home before. Marc definitely puts his clients first and foremost. Couldnt recommend him enough.
