When I contacted my lender, they said that is not a case and she should have act on my offer with the letter they gave me. I missed the deadline for the offer because of her lack of knowledge/action.

After all the COVID craziness we found out that the real estate market was also in a crazy state. We had no idea where to start or what to expect. Enter Marangelly. Which in my opinion is very hard to come by these days! I heard homebuying was a stressful process but I never knew how much it could affect someone; until I went through it myself. As a first-time homebuyer, I definitely experienced the emotional roller coaster along with the ups and downs that come with the process. From day one, she was a pleasure to work with.
