Mara was amazing in helping us buy our home, helping us sell our home, and all the years in between when we had questions about the market, our roof, renovating, etc. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mara, who is now a dear friend. We highly recommend her to anyone who wants a dedicated, knowledgeable, patient, caring realtor and friend.

Mara has always come through for us! We have used her for the purchasing of two homes and the sell of one! She works for you and always provides the best outcome. She fights for you. Throughout the process, you will become friends as the relationship doesnt stop at the purchase/sell of a house, she will constantly check in to make sure everything is okay! I will always recommend Mara to others!

Mara was wonderful to work with! Mara confidently listed our home for much more than other realtors had advised and ended up selling it for even more! She is thorough, knows the market and does her research. She communicated with us every step of the way and made the process easy and comfortable. We would recommend her in a second and readily work with her again!

Mara is an extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and patient realtor. She helped us sell our home three years ago and recently helped us purchase our new home. After having gone through a short sale, my husband and I were hesitant to purchase again. Mara answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident in our purchase. She treated us with respect and was there every step of the way. She takes the worry out of home buying and helps you enjoy the experience rather than stressing out. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

During our week long negotiations for the purchase of our current home, the seller made various attempts to alter their original terms. Mara immediately brought the negotiations back on track. She did this even while she had to leave area to visit an ailing parent. She also arranged an early close, at our request. She was extremely knowledable about area and well versed in VA Financing requirements and procedures. We would recommend Mara without reservation.

We met with Ms Benson to look for a house for my daughter who was re locating to Arizona....We each came to Arizona at different times and Mara helped us find a beautiful home in the area and school district wanted. We not only purchased that home but a year later because of our great relationship, Mara was able to guide me into finding a town home of my own to be near my daughters.I would always refer anyone home searching to 'talk to Mara first!!!!'.

Mara is a first-rate, top-notch professional and we are very happy we chose her to be our realtor. She was very knowledgeable about the Tempe rental market and especially helpful given the condition of the property we were selling - as its been a rental for the past 30 years. She is a resourceful marketing talent and made exceptional use of social media to help sell our property. She is a strong communicator with good follow-through skills and attention to detail. We will use her services again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends and colleagues. A pleasure and delight to work with.

I have known Mara for many years and she helped us buy our recent home 4 years ago. It was a chaotic time- the house was a foreclosure and there was a lot to deal with, while also trying to short sale our other house. Mara handled it all with ease and expertise. I have since recommended Mara to many friends and family. Without a doubt, Mara Benson knows the real estate field and can work magic!

I have worked with Mara for the past 11 months. First, with the location and purchase of my brothers condo in the Mesa area. He is a disabled veteran, and his circumstance was quite unique. Mara helped him and me to understand all the possibilities and choices of buying a first home. She lead us through the process very professionally and was always available to answer any questions we had. Then May of this year, my husband and I decided to sell our home and buy another one in the Chandler area. She sold our home in 28 days!! She is a very hard worker and is always prompt with all the paperwork and deadlines. She knows the Real Estate market and is excited to be working with people who are usually emotionally invested in their homes. I would not hesitate to recommend Mara Benson to sell your home. I will be calling on her the next time we decide to sell.
