You might as well just start packing now!! I have owned several homes, and I have tried selling this home twice before with no luck. After a year had passed, I received a call from Manny asking me if I was still interested in selling my home. I had never meet him before, and I was surprised he called. He told me if I gave him a few minutes of my time, he would come over and talk to me about how he could sell my home. After he came over and gave his pitch, he told me he could probably sell it in 3 weeks at top dollar! I just shook my head, thinking there was no way! Boy, was I wrong!! I had 11 good offers within a few days! Nonetheless, that is not all he did, there were a few snags along the way with the closing. First of all, I'm not one that spends the time and effort writing reviews or recommendations. However, I'm making an exception because of the outstanding experience I had with Manny Morales.Before I get into my experience with Manny here is a little history to lay the foundation. When I decided to sell my house, I needed to find a realtor who I could trust, be dependable, and would not take advantage of my limited experience of buying/selling real estate. I was given the name of a realtor that was highly recommended from those I have admiration, respect, and trust. This realtor has been in the real estate business in the area for over 30 years. This individual presented a very nice business plan, gave a wonderful presentation, and had an impressive resume -- I was sold! The short of it is was, I fielded the calls from the realtors of perspective buyers, made the appointments for the showings, gave the toursaEUR|all my realtor wanted was the names of the of the realtors I showed the property to. Bottom line, I was doing all the work to sell the property and my realtor was waiting to collect the commission. Next step, I fired the realtor!After this souring experience, I decided to wait and list the property at a later date. I was approached by Manny and we discussed his approach of how hed be able to sell my property. Being a little apprehensive of another used car salesman, I was somewhat pessimistic and hesitant about taking the bait too soon. He needed to convince me that he meant what he said -- walk the talk. Manny was very pleasant, respectful, not pushy, and seemed to be genuine so I decided to give him the opportunity to prove to me that he was worthy of my business. To start, he made arrangements at my convenience to present his business case and approach to selling my property. So, after listening to him and still being a little reluctant, I decided to step off into the unknown once again hoping that this experience with an untried individual would result in a better outcome. Taking the plunge, I took each step Manny outlined slowly and attentively. He proved to me that he meant what he said (walked the talk) by following through with his methodology. He made all the arrangements with the realtors whose clients wanted to see the property. He assured the buyers, the lender, and the escrow company followed through and stayed on schedule. He was also very responsive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. He exceeded all my expectations, followed through with everything he said he would do, and he proved to me he is a man of his word.
