ZillowVERIFIEDThis is my second time hiring Manuel Chavez to handle the sale of a property for me. He is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. I found him through Dave Ramsey Solutions. Manuel has a network of quality tradesmen available if you need repairs or upgrades before you list. He is professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend choosing Manuel for any buying or selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Zeke Chavez is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond for us. He was always available when we called him. From day one he made us feel comfortable with the home buying process. He is very friendly and knows his stuff. He not only made us feel like he truly cared about us but proved it with his actions as well. We could tell 100% that he had our best intrest in mind and it wasn't all about trying to just close a deal for him. We appreciated that very much. We are honored and blessed to have him on our side as our realtor. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone Its rare you find someone who truly cares about the client and he is one of them. Anyone would be happy if you chose him as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Dennis is excellent. I am a first time home buyer, who happens to be very picky about everything. Dennis has responded to my texts, calls and emails at all hours of the day. I switched realtors a few times before I came across Dennis. I just felt like other realtors didnt genuinely care about me or my personal situation or even about whats best for me and my kids. Dennis however is the exact opposite. He cares about me as a person and has gone over and beyond to help me find the perfect home. He never gets frustrated with me when I'm being difficult or when I text him 3 new listings I find at 9pm at night. Lol. I knew he was the right realtor for me, the first time he called me to go over every listing he had just emailed me over the phone. No other realtor took the time to do that. I highly recommend Dennis. He will not disappoint!
