ZillowVERIFIED Manpreet Nagi, is a very knowledgeable agent and helped me buy my primary residence, small investment properties and as well as apartment complexes in Central Valley and in Bay Area. She goes above and beyond to help close the deal. She also helped me sell our properties. I have dealt with plenty agents in the past but after working with her for more than a decade Nagi is my one and only go to agent for all my real estate needs. Very easy to work with and keeps informed all the way till transactions close. Keep up the good work.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute walk in the park kinda situation for us working with Nagi in buying our first home. She is thorough professional and she carefully listened to our requirement and helped us through the entire home buying experience. Nagi brought in her 20 years of knowledge and expertise, clearly articulated the good and bad of the neighborhood, home and the community. Best part is, she helped us in putting in a very strong offer which the sellers couldnt turn down. I would highly recommend her and would love to work with her in our future home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Nagi, is such a gem! My family and I worked with a few realtors and was never able to find a place to call home. One day we came across Nagis listing online and decided to give her a call. She made herself available to show us a bunch of homes the next day. Mind you, the other realtors never showed us a single home. Once we met Nagi, our family were in love with her personality and how much she loved her job. You can just see how passionate she is about her job. She is very honest and knows what she is doing. We went through a lot of obstacles (due to personal reasons) but Nagi was so patient with us and made it all work out in the end. Thanks to Nagi, we finally have a place to call home. We highly recommend/ trust working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for an investment property in Tracy for a while. Got in touch with few real estate agents and eventually decided to go with Manpreet Nagi. It was the best decision weve made. Had little idea of the house market in Tracy. Nagi guided us to houses in better neighborhoods, advised on offer pricing. We never felt pushed for making a decision. She was extremely patient and provided us with all info about the houses - both good and not so good, expected rent etc. With her help we were able to purchase a house in a good neighborhood. We listed the house for rent and received more than 50 rental applications! The house was rented out immediately. I cannot thank her enough, very happy with her service. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Nagi is awesome! Nagi represented me as a buyer for my new house. She kept me a appraised of potential pitfalls in the buying process, was prompt with answers to all of my questions and made the buying process as smooth as could be. We ran into a situation where we needed a second appraisal because the first one came in super low. I thought I was going to lose the house. She was so confident and knowledgeable that we were able to get a second appraisal done that came back spot on and we were able to close. Even after the sale she continues to check up and make sure everything is ok. Would highly recommend her for any home buying experience :)

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for a house in Mountain House to relocate. Fortunately, my friends in Mountain House recommended her name. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. The best part about working with Manpreet Nagi was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Manpreet Nagi.

We came to know her through her Facebook page where she posted different properties. We contacted her and she showed us three properties and out of which we liked one and she made it possible for us to buy that house. The overall process went so smooth and she promptly and diligently handle all the affairs and connected us with one of the mortgage loan company and guide us throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED We just bought a house with the help of Manpreet Nagi, and we would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Manpreet was energetic, knowledgeable, and attentive; she listened carefully and never pressured us to do anything we weren't prepared to do. She seemed to always be available as if we were her only clients (though we definitely were not). We had rather specific wants for a house, and she did her best to help us find what we were looking for, even though it took months. She gently educated us about what it took to write a winning offer. It was reassuring to have Manpreet on our side while navigating the Craziness that is the Bay Area housing market. She continued to be extremely helpful throughout the escrow process and beyond, helping us find contractors and giving advice about renovations. We feel fortunate to have found her.

ZillowVERIFIED I came to know about Manpreet through a mutual friend of ours who also got assistance from her as well. I had read her review that she completed the entire transaction within 20-30 days and that got my attention. I was in the process of looking for house but I was doing the search on my own. So I decided to give Manpreet Nagi a call and scheduled a phone call with her. She was quick, responsive, knowledgeable and was able to direct me to the right direction rather than having me roam around all over the places. Once I told her what my needs were along with the budget and additional requirements, she knew it right away what was right for me being as a first time home buyer. Its a process that everyone has to go through, just need to have a little patience to go through it all once step at a time. Because there are various of protocols & guidelines they have to comply with and we as customer needs to understand & respect the deadlines. Shes been a lucky charm from the get go for us. Shes well experienced, knowledgeable, got a team to speed the process as needed, and down to earth individual, moreover she makes things possible. She referred to me my lender agent as well. So it was a win win situation for me being so lucky enough to work with these passionate people. Highly recommend Manpreet if you are seeking for someone to help you buy your dream home. I have referred her to various of my clients already. Hoping to work with her in the near future again for the next purchase. If you are reading this review, just give her call. It will be worth it. Thank me later ??

ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house with Nagi, reduced the price by $40,000 and even after 3 months could not any reasonable offer. This is given the fact the house two houses apart with the same floor plan sold for $20,000 more shows the inadequate experience. I felt Nagi thought her job is to just list and sit on the property to reap the commission when someone buys the house. It was a very bad mistake to trust her on the sale. She was not responsive to emails or phone calls after sometime, it required quite a lot of effort on my end to get in touch to understand the status. There were lot of folks who called after the listing was removed to buy the house, but at that time I decided to rent the house. I am not sure if she missed the potential sale due to being unresponsive to clients.Maybe the folks who have put glowing reviews really had extraordinary experience. But for me the experience was pathetic to put it mildly.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our 1st investment property with Manpreet 8 months ago. Being a first time investor we were very apprehensive to take the leap into investment. I am glad we did this through Manpreet because, we bought our 2nd property now through Manpreet and needless to say, it has been a very fulfilling and rewarding experience again! We have had a bit more challenges this time around with regards to financing due to the nature of how we have our businesses set up and we started to get impatient at times. Manpreet is like your JEDI that swoops in with her light saber and cuts down all the immense frustration of dealing with a zillion things - the negotiations, the paperwork, the inspections etc. We just entrusted everything to Manpreet once we decided on which property we wanted to buy. Manpreet and her team took care of everything for us along with the finances(getting us an awesome deal on the financing!) reducing our monthly payments a great deal which means - more money in our pockets! Add to this the the advantage of not paying a single penny on closing costs- which I have never seen this from any others! Buying an investment property is not an easy decision and expanding your portfolio is even more difficult. You need an honest, extremely reliable, highly ethical realtor who will work for you selflessly and guide you through the process and provide you timely advise and not just sit on the expectation of a sale. Now here is the best part - We have been able to rent out both our properties the next day of our closure and that is because Manpreet is phenomenal with her advertising and outreach. If you want someone who is going to be there for you even after you buy your property and provide you trusted advise like family - look no further and start working with Manpreet. We cannot wait to start on our portfolio expansion further with third property shortly!!
