I was told he was supposed to make a appointment with me from his office for a 2112 grand street and he claims that the people have not moved out yet but still has it posted and I tried asking if there is anything else available he said no but when I look online he has multiple listings he would also hang up if u call him this guy will not respond to you its unfortunate because I really wanted the apartment.

I was referred to Pantiga Group though my employer of as part of a corporate move. Pantiga Group was 1 of 3 realtors that I had to choose from to market and sell my home. Mr. Pantiga came to my home and gave my a very honest assessment. He was not scared to tell me what needed to be done in order for my home to garner multiple offers and sell in a reasonable amount of time. Looking back at the 3 assessments conducted, Pantiga Group was spot on. I completed several repairs and staging as he recommended and the return on investment was well over 300%. I listed my home and in a little over a month I received an offer just shy of asking and was in contract. From the time I agreed to have Pantiga Group sell my house and until I closed, Mr. Pantiga was with me every step of the way. He provided great insight on repairs and upgrades to make that were key in getting such a quick and solid offer. He helped in determining which offer was more likely to close with the least amount of hassle. He called and checked up throughout the process always providing insight and feedback on my numerous inquiries. Overall Mr. Pantiga provided exceptional service to me and my family on the sale of our home.
