I am transplant from Miami, FL by way of Langley, Virginia, just outside our nations capital. I arrived in Roswell, Georgia June of 1996, as an ambitious 17 year old. I just closed my first deal of 2023 on January 5, an out of state buyer from Connecticut who purchased the home over FaceTime, never actually seeing the house in person prior to closing.
The buyer had a lender that was not providing a good experience, so I introduced them to my preferred lender, who was able to salvage the deal and even got a better loan, rate and monthly payment for them.
I was able to negotiated a reduction to the sale price of 7k during the due diligence period and after closing on the property, they now have over 27k in equity. All this while in a market of rising rates!
My client trusted me without ever meeting me in person, only via FaceTime and hours of telephone calls, and that means the world to me.
