She is methodical, has amazing attention to detail (and you can see she loves her job - knowledgeable and always making notes about things a buyer/seller needs in a real estate transaction) and always puts her clients first. Others may say that, but to me her dedication was clear, when after going into contract, I had second thoughts and asked if we could back out and what it would take. Without a moment's hesitation, her response was "we'll do what needs to be done to make sure you're comfortable. Dont worry about the effort involved. That's what I am here for.". Having said that she then worked with me through possible options and we finally found a great solution and went ahead and in fact closed early! Even after we've found a tenant, Manjit is checking in, and when I have a question on text, rather than replying or waiting, she just promptly calls me within a few minutes ! You can't go wrong with Manjit!

ZillowVERIFIED In the last year we have both purchased a house and sold a house using Manjit as our agent. When we were looking for a new home, she took the time to sit down with us and really understand what it was we were looking for. It had been over 30 years since wed bought a new home, and Manjit walked us through every step of the process with a great deal of patience and provided clear explanations of the many different considerations and requirements that are involved in a real estate transaction. As a result of her attention to detail and clear communication, we closed on schedule with no issues or surprises. A few months later we were ready to sell our previous home of 31 years and engaged Manjit without hesitation. It was very interesting to experience the other (selling) side of the real estate transaction. We had tons of questions regarding what was required of us and what would be required by law and the lending institutions (various inspections and documentation of improvements). Manjit clearly laid out what was expected of us and provided what turned out to be an excellent set of expectations that covered all the main aspects of listing and selling. There were more than a few issues that came up during the negotiations, inspections and sign-offs, and Manjit made sure they were resolved immediately and completely after consulting with us. There were quite a few early AM and late PM calls as she felt it was important that we keep the ball rolling and the result was a completely clean closing. Weve worked with many different service providers over the years and put the rapid responses, clear communication and concern for our needs that Manjit provided at the top of the list of all of them. Without reservation we will recommend Manjit to family and friends for any home sales or purchases they are contemplating.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer with a new family, the process is incredibly daunting and somewhat scary. Working with Manjit made this incredibly seamless. She was very responsive and consistently sent us new listings or potential places that met what we were looking for and accompanied us on multiple weekends to more open houses and tours than I can remember. Importantly, Manjit took the time to understand really what we wanted for our future home and did not push houses on us for the sake of compromise, but rather helped educate my wife and I on the pros and cons of each decision. When it came time to the offer, she prepped us ahead of time for what to expect and helped us craft offers in a manner that had a good chance of getting accepted, and when it came to having to counter offers, she provided us guidance based on her buying and selling experience and understood our budget to help us respond with an offer that ultimately got accepted but did not stretch our budget (it was an art!). With the market where we were, the offer and counteroffers required really quick turn-arounds, and she was able to get this done and we had multiple conversations (during the day, evening and weekends) as many required a 24 or 48 hour turn-around. One of these instances even happened when she was on a flight for a vacation, but she made sure one of her colleagues was available to contact us and help us get the counteroffer in (which was accepted!). Highly highly recommend for someone with a personal touch and that gives you the sense that she is looking out for what is best for you.

Ms. Hundle has a good sales pitch but lacks in communication, provision of service, and follow-through. She wasn't very responsive with text messages saying that she is "not sure what is going on with my phone...". I couldn't recommend her services to anyone looking to sell their property. As for the rest of these reviews, it seems as though they were all written by people affiliated with Ms. Hundle as the services I received do not reflect the copious amounts of 5-star reviews she seems to have.
