In our case, we had the added challenge of absent owners (not living in the state) and he and his team were always attentive to the condition of the property and took immediate action, if needed. While we worked primarily with Mr. Navarro, we also had the pleasure of interacting with Karen Sosa and Berry. Karen made the initial contact with us and arranged for a video conference with George. We asked a lot of questions and the candid responses coupled with the comprehensive presentation made convinced us to execute the contract with George. Prior to executing the contract agreement with the Navarro Group, the property was listed by another agent without success. ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating to Naples. We found a place on realtor.com. Mandy called us quickly. We had 3 conversations with them and told them we like one specific place. She went there once and never again. We ended up signing with the developer. Her name was on on contract and she got $12,000 even though we never met them. We asked for a SMALL portion back since they did not do any of the work and they HUNG UP ON US! Extremely rude. Ended up taking the commission and we have never met them.

ZillowVERIFIED George Navarro was our Realtor. He knew that we were interested in buying a house but we had to go through the first steps. He gave us a contact phone of a company . After the process of getting pre-approved for a home loan, George took over with the specifications of the type of home we were looking for and the area. He drove an hour to the city where we live to show us houses. We knew after the second house he showed us, that was our house! Everything in it was just right. Location, price, living space and new appliances included in the home, Oh and a big back yard. After the showing of this house we made an offer. The seller came back with two options, we took one option and made a counter offer and the seller accepted. George asked in that counter offer for the seller to include new washer and dryer machines since the house did not have it. The seller agreed but to used ones. Our realtor asked to please give us brand new machines and to consider that we have young children. The seller agreed. When the inspection report came in, we asked the seller to please fix the things listed on our list before closing and the seller once again agreed. Then came the appraisal. The appraisal was $3K less then the original price, after George speaking with the Realtor of the seller, again they agreed to the appraisal price. Two days before our closing date we had a walk through of our new to be home and everything was in order. We closed on our house on April 4, 2019. We are so very grateful to George and his team for all his patience and understanding. Everything went so smooth, stress free. He was helpful and attentive. We never felt stressed or nervous or doubtful. He wasn't pushy, he allowed for us to make the choice. Always asking what we thought, what we want, as he sat back and listened. ZillowVERIFIED George and Mandy Navarro went above and beyond on the service they provided in getting my mom's house sold. First off they met with us at 7am Sunday morning to present their company to us and was very prepared for our meeting. Once we decided to go with them they had a professional photographer come out and take some awesome pictures of the house. Then they held open houses almost every weekend except for the weekend we were loading up the house for my mom to move out. Anytime they needed to show the house they would contact us first for permission. We sold the house in a month but ran into issues at closing with an open permit...I thought this was going to delay closing by a month(keep in mind I'm a 4 hour car ride away) but George was having not of that...he was went to the city multiple times and really helped move the process along. We were able to get an extension, schedule an inspection(George put together all the documentation for the permit and hung it at the house for the inspector) and got the permit closed in less than a week thus letting us close two days early. I don't usually do reviews but these guys don't mess around when it comes to selling a house and finishing the process. You can't go wrong with them being your realtors!
