ZillowVERIFIEDThis was the easiest process I have ever had. Mandy knew just what we were looking for and helped us through the entire process. We did not have to look at several homes and since we were working with her from another city, she did everything. She sent pictures of the progress and kept us updated about the entire sale.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Mandy Kramer any day of the week-cause she works for you every day! I listed my property and in one week she had it sold for right at list price. She supported me through some difficulties on my part and kept me very well informed along the way. She has kept me in mind in past deals as well and is knowledgeable about the area and current market. She has always dealt with me professionally, patiently and promptly. Mandy is a go-getter-done!

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy is incredible! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for! A well built older home that just needed to be updated. It's so perfect! Mandy is so easy to work with. She was available when I needed her, helped with the process of the paperwork, and I felt really took the time to understand and help me. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy was fantastic and helped me through the entire process as a first time home buyer to include guiding me to Federal grants to help with down payments. She was friendly and patient with us a my entire family looked over every part of the houses we were shown. If she did not know and asher she quickly found out. She stayed on the lender to ensure dead lines were met and kept me informed with every step of the process. Zillow led me in the direction of my house but Mandy was the person who made sure I got my house! Thank you for all the you do Mandy

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Mandy Kramer in a professional capacity for 3 years now and known her for 10. With the passing of loved ones and starting a life through new direction, she took an enormous burden off in simplifying the sales process of our commercial, residential and land properties. She kept me well informed, handled all the logistics and paperwork processing while bringing very acceptable sales offer(s) to the table through perspective buyers. Mandy is motivated and responsible, wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone for marketing your real estate needs.
