ZillowVERIFIED Selling my first home was a big step, and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Mandy. From the very beginning, she walked me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and a reassuring presence that made everything feel less overwhelming. She gave great advice on preparing the house for sale, helped set a competitive price, and created a listing that really showcased the homes best features. We had strong interest right away and ended up with a great offer much sooner than I expected. What really stood out was how responsive and on top of things Mandy wasaEUR"always available to answer questions, explain next steps, and handle the details behind the scenes. She truly made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I'm incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Mandy to anyone looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time buying a house, but Mandy helped make it enjoyable and easy! We were relocating to a new state, so we had a limited timeframe for viewing houses in person. Mandy was so helpful with her communication, recommendations, and knowledge about the area. When we came to visit the area and look at houses in person, she organized the days visits to make the most of our time, without it feeling rushed and overwhelming. We were fortunate to find our current house that first day of visits. Mandy helped us make the strongest offer, and we found out that same day it was ours! She was very helpful afterwards as well, answering our questions, and giving recommendations on various things. I would highly recommend working with Mandy! She was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, organized, communicated well, and made our process enjoyable!

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy did a great job helping us in finding the right house in then a very limited marketplace. Few properties in the area met our criteria which made it somewhat difficult to find the right house, but we did. She was good at getting our title agency arranged for closing and made it a fairly pain-free experience. We would use her again if the situation arose.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer and I didn't feel at disadvantage at all.I saw many places in 2021 while market was hot and admittedly most were not worth what people were asking. I only made one offer and it was for the home I saw potential in and really wanted. With Mandy it only took the one try. I'm glad to have had her expertise and persistence throughout the home search and buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Zillow had matched us with Mandy Green when we were originally inquiring about a house we saw online. That house was no longer available, but she was quick to respond and offer to show us more houses. We quickly picked out about 5 houses to look out and were able to set up times quickly, she was very flexible. Mandy made sure we got all the information and a thorough walk through of each house. We were able to negotiate easily on the house we chose to purchase and the closing was easy once we were able to set a date around Thanksgiving. Great experience and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mandy was fantastic. We ran into several hurdles during both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home, most of which were as a result of our buyers or their situation. Mandy did a fantastic job every time of getting everything moving again and making sure it was done correctly. She has been one of the first people I have hired to do anything that I can completely just let go and let her do the work. She also went above and beyond for the house we purchased when the sellers agent, in that case, wasnt fulfilling their duties. I wouldnt hesitate to hire her again or to recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED In selling our home we ran into a variety of unforeseen setbacks resulting in multiple deals falling through by actions of the buyer(s). Mandy remained consistent throughout this process ensuring we didnt get desperate and try to sell our home for less than it was worth. She also expertly negotiated every deal to ensure our best interest was the focus. Although I would never wish the bad luck that we encountered selling our home on anyone I'm thankful we had Mandy to guide us through it and ultimately landing us our highest offer. Her experience in negotiating and knowledge of the industry is exactly what you want in a realtor.
