I have some health issues that make it a little more difficult than usual to do all the typical things when trying to sell a house and Mandy was fantastic at helping me through it all. You can try to sell it on your own but who can keep up with all the changing rules. Whatever it might cost in agent fees, for me Mandy made it feel like a bargain. She was completely honest, had our best interest at heart, and just really made us feel confident and comfortable. She is on top of every last detail and will represent your needs/wishes in the most professional way. She is down to earth and doesnt make you feel like shes in it for the money, or that you should make a decision youre not comfortable with.
