Mandi stepped in for us and helped make this process smoother even in times when she shouldn't have - like when she was on vacation! ZillowVERIFIEDMandi is a fun and energetic, knowledgeable person! She made her schedule fit to ours and was very helpful with looking over our new home! She 'cracked the whip' to the builder. Haha! The builder tried to tell my husband and I to go through the home with some blue tape if we saw anything. Mandi was like, "I got this!" The builder walked into a sea of blue and they adjusted everything and made it pretty. Thank you, Mandi!

In spite of the fact that we dominated Mandi's time for a couple of months, she was always responsive, helpful, and insightful. This included warning us off of houses that she thought were bad deals and not pushing us to up offers beyond what we were comfortable - all of which is more impressive considering how long it took us to decide on exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we have a house we love, in a great neighborhood, that checks all of our boxes.
