Mandi is great!! We were shopping around for houses and also shopping for a realtor. Mandi sort of fell into our lap because she was the most informative and quick to respond. After meeting with her a few times and getting a feel for the type of person that she is we knew that she was the realtor for us. We found our house on zillow and she helped us through the process. The house was for sale by owner and after meeting Mandi they also came to the conclusion that she is awesome and we're willing to happily work with us and having a realtor. She got on the paperwork quickly and made sure everything was sound. We had some issues with our lender and she was right on top of helping us get everything squared away, even weeks after closing. We would happily use Mandi again if we ever decide to buy/sell again. After the whole process was over we feel like we gained a friend. We have and will continue to refer Mandi to friends and family.
