Few times do I expect anyone to exceed my expectations, but Monica really impressed. We interviewed several realtors before we chose Monica and Eugene, her partner. They had a record of success, but more importantly, the listened to us. They came up with a plan and conferred with us every step. After preparing the house, they took amazing photos and even staged the house virtually, at no extra cost. The house preparation was so impressive, we were sorry we didn't do It while we lived there! The house had an offer on the first day and closed within a month, we highly recommend M&E!

Eugene and Monica were wonderful to work with. We live out of state and they handled getting all repairs taken care of and anything else that was needed to get our condo in perfect condition and sold.
