Manasi Kar exhibited all of these qualities and more right from the first meeting. Manasi Kar did a wonderful job of getting the photos and listing online very quickly, including an open house. The home sold very quickly to the first person who made an offer - mainly due to excellent preparation. She gave us excellent comps to base our price on, and we hit the mark very well with an offer just a little over asking. We did a pre-inspection that allowed us to take care of a lot of items up front. She advised us along the way on what we should fix from the inspection report. She made great recommendations of people to work with. Most importantly, she did some awesome negotiating on our behalf that simplified the inspection response to just the three most important items.
