We met Michael online when my husband and I decided to relocate from MD to AZ. He was in regular contact as we went through the process of selling our house and making the move across the US. This took longer than expected - over 1 1/2 years to sell. When we finally got to AZ Michael and Mallerie showed us multiple residences, and one of them was the perfect house for us. Michael and Mallerie did everything possible to make the purchase as stress free as possible. They knew every step we needed to take and had answers to all our questions. They didnt mind helping us with things that had nothing to do with buying a house. (When youre seniors and new in town this is extremely important.) From our first email until the moment they gave us the keys to our new home they were always friendly and responsive. Not only are they extremely professional and knowledgeable, theyre also very nice. I only wish I could give them more than five stars.
