Gave great tips and made the process smoother. She is very patient and always available to show houses I couldn't have had a better agent. I truly appreciate her hard work and her patience because I wasn't easy, lol. Truly a please to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Malka did an amazing job helping my parents sell their house, patiently walking them through all the complications of a sale, and helping the house sell in a timely manner. She also referred us to a host of great people who helped with house clean-up, financial aspects of the sale, etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Malka helped me search for houses in the Five Towns, Long Island area. She was excellent with her knowledge of the area and helping me look for spaces that fit my personal budget and specifications. Unfortunately it didn't work out because I have to move out of state, but I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to sell my house in Hewlett, I reached out to Malka Asch, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From our very first meeting, Malka impressed me with her professionalism, preparation, and in-depth knowledge of the neighborhood and market. She immediately put together a strong listing with beautiful, high-quality photos and a detailed floor plan that showcased my home at its best. Because of her marketing, we received strong interest and good offers right from the beginning. Malka guided us with patience and expertise, helping us evaluate each option until we accepted an excellent offer with great terms from a wonderful buyer. Throughout the entire process, Malka was always available, attentive, and supportive. She went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. I am truly grateful for her hard work and highly recommend her. Thanks again. Alexander Farkas Formerly living in a wonderful town with a great school district

ZillowVERIFIED Malka Asch is an exceptional real estate agent, based on my experience in selling two properties in recent years. She has an outstanding knowledge of the local real estate market that she exploits to advise sellers on marketing their properties in the most effective ways; to evaluate offers and prospective purchasers; and to energetically pursue the best offers and terms. This means that shes an invaluable adviser to a seller at every stage of sales process. She really excels at helping owners prepare, price and market their properties; negotiating top selling prices; and making sales, even in challenging markets. Malka is outstanding at reading, understanding, and working with potential buyers, buyers agents, and all the professionals involved in the sale process. She exploits these skills to great advantage in finding buyers and expediting sales. On a personal level, Malka is warm, highly professional, very dedicated to her customers, and completely responsive to their concerns. She keeps clients fully informed about progress throughout the sales cycle and is extremely effective at dealing with the occasional aEURoebumps in the roadaEUR? that are a part of many transactions. Malka Asch is backed up by a superb team at Howard Hanna Coach Realtors, which is able to devote significant resources to online staging of properties in ways that make them seem too good to pass up to prospective buyers. In summary, Malka is an ideal real estate sales agent who is an absolute delight to work with. I recommend her enthusiastically and without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Malka at one of her listing that had an open house. What stood out for me,was not only her professionalism, but the patience she took with each person viewing the property. I decided that day, that we list with her to find our home, and that she did. She was also very helpful even after the purchase. If she didn't have the answer she knew she knew someone who did. I highly recommend Malka.

ZillowVERIFIED Malka Ash - was 1 of 3 realtors I interviewed to sell my Aunt's home from 900 miles away. I can't even begin to tell you how understanding, professional and caring she was. Especially during the times of covid, emptying a full house and relocating my Aunt to my home, 900 miles away. I never worried about anything, Malka sold the house and we received a very high figure for the home we were selling. Malka, also secured, what I felt, was a quicker then average closing. I would most certainly use her in the future for other family and highly recommend her. Please feel free to contact me for a more detailed recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED Malka Asch is an outstanding real estate sales agent who was easy to communicate with, for me (a seller), for buyers' sales agents, and for the legal advisors on my team. She gave excellent advice from the start on comparable units for sale and helped a lot in setting a realistic price and expediting the sale. Malka has an exceptional knowledge of the Five Towns and the kinds of people likely to be moving out, downsizing, or moving into the area. As a seller's agent, she was very good at helping size up expressions of interest in the property and figuring out how and when to respond. The Five Towns is an unusual area, where a knowledge of local culture, customs, and holidays can be important factors for a sale. Malka put her knowledge of those areas to excellent use in providing a realistic schedule for sale, which she updated as we went through the whole process from listing to closing.Any real estate sale these days is likely to hit a few bumps -- often minor ones, occasionally bigger ones -- and Malka definitely has the experience and negotiating skills to help cushion those bumps and prevent them from derailing a sale. She seems to have a very good personal network in the real estate community, people she's worked with repeatedly over the years. This can be a major advantage for a seller or a buyer. In summary, Malka Asch was delightful to work with and was very effective throughout the entire sales process. No hesitation in recommending her very strongly as a top-notch real estate sales agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I was having trouble selling my property for some time after dealing with multiple local realtors. None of them lived up to the quality of Malka who was an absolute rock star! She was very knowledgeable of the area and super trustworthy making me feel very comfortable with the whole process. She gave me the feeling that I was in great hands and I felt confident that she would bring me a serious buyer who would purchase for a fair price without any headaches. I highly recommend her and refer her to all my friends.
