ZillowVERIFIEDI came to Ms. Malinda after having a terrible experience with my last realtor. She helped me get my earnest money back which they were trying to keep and had MY best interest at heart, she asked me what I wanted to do instead of always suggesting what I should do and made my house buying experience super easy and stress free. Communication is key, and she always kept me in the loop as to what was going on. She stayed on sellers when it came to keeping their end of the bargain with repairs and what nots even up until the day of closing..lol. She has a awesome personality and very easy to work with. Would definitely use her again. Very experienced and knowledgeable in what she does.
ZillowVERIFIEDThe way Malinda and I meet was because of a bad experience I had with another Realtor. Malinda stepped in when I really needed her! Once we talked and she gathered my concerns and wants in a house, she began to find houses that meet my desires and budget. As soon as my house came on the market , she quickly brought me to it and I instantly feel in love with it! Malinda negotiated for me and got me the house at a great price and with all the fixings that needed to be done. Malinda told me from day one that she would be there with me throughout the entire process and she truly held to her word! I really appreciate her for working with me and being very knowledgeable about the entire process!
