ZillowVERIFIED Malinda was chosen from the 'final' two that I had interviewed for the listing. She is down to earth, knowledgeable about the local real estate scene and easy to deal with. She was very responsive to all of our questions and issues no matter the time of day or the day of the week. We required that she be in attendance for all showings and she complied fully. Her choice of videographers was first rate. She, early on, presented us with her best estimate of a listing price range. She secured 4 offers within the first 31 days of the listing and assisted us in negotiating a fair number for the final price. I would highly recommend her and, without a doubt, would use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Malinda brought a "can do" confidence to her service that was born out by making the sale within a few days of listing. She explained all the steps needed in putting the home on the market in understandable terms and kept me up to date continuously. The property sold for more than the initial listed price. I would highly recommend Malinda Kelly.

ZillowVERIFIED We started with Malinda 4 months ago on a bank owned home we wanted to purchase. She worked diligently trying to get this home for us. We texted her numerous times each day with questions and she would respond immediately. She knew the answer to every question and was very patient with us . We dont think that our home purchase would have happened had it not been for her... she went above and beyond for us and for that we are very grateful. I would highly recommend Malinda to anyone that is wanting to sell or purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Malinda is fantastic! She was the seller's realtor, however she was an enormous help to us in the process. She gave us great direction when needed and kept in regular contact. She was gracious to answer our many, many questions. She is very helpful and yet not the least bit pushy, which I believe is extremely important. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! She was a definite asset in our experience. Thanks, Malinda!!

ZillowVERIFIED Malinda was a great agent! We were looking for a little cottage in Lexington. I had picked her name out of the blue and I am so glad that I did! She went into every cottage I wanted to see. Some were not so nice, some were beautiful. She let me know if she saw something I should avoid along with showing me something that was a plus I missed. I would use her again in the future or pass her name on to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Malinda worked with us for over 2 years to find a vacation home. Whenever we found homes to look at, Malinda showed them to us sometimes with very short notice. She knows the area very well and could give us a lot of information about the location and beach. She wrote offers and followed up quickly. She always seemed to be available and working hard for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I just had an awesome experience with Malinda Kelly of Town & Country Real Estate in Port Sanilac, MI. Malinda Kelly had given me some advise on what I needed to do to get my house ready for the market. It paid off. In a week I had an offer after we listed it. The offer was above my asking price. I couldn't be any happier. Malinda kept me posted every step of the way. Malinda always had answers to my questions. I would say she went above and beyond to help get this done for me. So to Malinda Kelly and Town & Country Real Estate. Thank you for your time and effort. If there was 10 stars you would have been a perfect 10. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED Responds very quickly (feels like she's able to serve her clients around the clock). Knows local market really well. She also seems to be very knowledgeable about many particular properties on the market, trends, traditions, etc. What she lists is always very accurate (unlike some others in the area). She's always available to answer questions and give advice, attentive to detail. Works hard to accommodate clients schedule. As far as process goes, she seemed to be a step ahead of everyone else, including our loan officers.

ZillowVERIFIED Malinda helped us find our dream house. Tried to contact other realtors in the area and ended up calling Malinda to find she was the best. She went out of her way to help us find information and houses for a year and a half. She was very patient with us as somewhat picky buyers and answered all of our questions as we were first time home buyers. Very easy to get ahold of with texting, phone and e-mail. Truly believe she's the best in the area! We highly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Very disappointed in this agent. I made a bad selection in choosing this agent. Am looking forward to the end of my contract with her. She made no real effort to sell the properties I listed with her. She is well aware of the value of the 2 properties I listed with her. The only time I heard from her was when she presented an insulting offer on one of my properties which was ridiculously low and well below the market value. In 4 MONTHS that was the only time I heard from her. I cannot in good conscience recommend her to be to anyone trying to sell property in Sanilac or Huron.
