Malcolm Howard

Malcolm Howard moved to Spokane from Washington D.C as an enlisted member of the United States Air Force. He studied Psychology and Business at the University of Maryland - Baltimore County. After returning to civilian life, he used his vast skill set to become successful as an independent business owner, as well as a thriving member of the automobile industry. Passionate about helping others get further in life, he moved to the financial part of the industry where he specialized in getting loans approved for those with credit challenges. Realizing his full potential of making dreams come true, Malcolm transitioned to the world of real estate. He currently works with both buyers and sellers, but also has a special aptitude for locating great off-market properties for investors. In his free time, Malcolm loves spending time with his fiancA(C) and his three children, playing sports, and is an avid studier of metaphysics.
