ZillowVERIFIED Working with Malanie was great! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive! We had never sold a home before and we bought this property by forsale by owner. So at times it was abit overwhelming but she walked us through the process which helped us alot.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience with Malanie Moreno. She is very professional and well experienced. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She was very flexible and able to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciated since I work full time. She is very knowledgeable of people I could contact for services I needed to check at the house I wanted to purchase. I had a great experience with Malanie Moreno and would her to other buyers. Although I speak English being bilingual around the Streator area is also a Plus!
