To be honest, I just picked a few names out of a list I found of local realtors and emailed them all. Malachai was the first to not only respond but he gave me a very kind call to introduce himself (not sell himself). He was so kind and knowledgeable, I chose him. He has helped us purchase two homes so far and we will continue to use him as he truly understands the market, the area, and listens to exactly what we are looking for.
