ZillowVERIFIEDMakeba Stallings is the best! Ive purchased and sold several homes over the years and I can attest that Makeba ranks among the best agents I have ever worked with. While she is an extremely knowledgeable real estate agent who kept us on track each and every step of the way throughout the transaction, the quality she possesses that stood out the most to me was the compassion she showed to my family while we transitioned through a very difficult probate process involving the sell of my parents home. Makeba went above and beyond for us and her people-skills are unmatched! She represented Coldwell Banker Realty well and is a true asset to the field of real estate. I will proudly recommend Makeba to all of my friends and family for their future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba is amazing and did a great job selling my condo. We got it sold in no time flat even with me living in a different state. Shes calm, knowledgeable, and has a go get it attitude. These are the reasons why I chose to work with her, especially being first timetable seller and naive to the home selling process. If youre looking for an agent that specializes in results shes definitely the best one in business.

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba did an excellent job in selling my home. She really goes above and beyond and although she has other clients, she makes you feel like you are her only one. She walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I found her to be a sharp negotiator, a good listener and caring enough to make sure things that I said were important to me were done. My home was not newly updated like many of the homes in the neighborhood, but with her guidance I was able to sell my house at a great above asking price. Now that this chapter is over, I am able to start a new chapter and I really thank Makeba Stallings for making it possible. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know with a real estate need.

She was there for us at every step of the process of selling our home. ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure working with Makeba with the sale of my home in the Park Mesa Heights / View Park area in October 2018. When I contacted her references, each of whom I spoke to on the phone, they all used the phrase, aEURoestrong sense of integrityaEUR? when they described her. She certainly did not disappoint. Makeba, can always be counted on to do the right thing. She is trustworthy and fair to all parties.Makeba has deep experience and expertise as a real estate agent. When I needed recommendations for repair people she had an extensive network of people to call who could assist. She provided sound advice about ways to prepare my home to be marketable. She even provided light staging at no charge.Makeba is patient and she maintains a professional temperament no matter the situation or what comes her way. She can be counted on to be the voice of reason. She walked me through each step of the transaction, thoroughly responding to each of my questions. It was important to me to identify someone who would be responsive and reply when I had questions. No matter the time of day or night, the day of the week or whether she was traveling, I always felt like I was a priority and she embraced my concerns as her own. Even more, she always replied in a timely manner. The sale of my home was uneventful and happened fairly quickly in a softening market that was better suited for the buyer. ZillowVERIFIED Is it possible to clone a realtor? Just kidding. Makeba Stallings is an amazing realtor/broker. I saw & met her at an open house, where she showed a warm welcoming, professional, & calm demeanor. After speaking with her & reading her rave reviews, I contacted her the next day to represent me. Makeba did an outstanding job! She was very knowledgeable about the market & neighborhood conditions. She was also consistently on top of things; always available; & kept me apprised of the escrow process. Thank you, Makeba, for your great service. Suzan Wiggins

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba sold our home :-) She was very proactive, professional, responsive to our calls and text messages, and is very knowledgeable in all facets of buying and selling in the real estate business. She the took time to explain each step of the process and what we could expect as well. She never gave up, even though our house had to go through escrow with several different buyers, for various reasons. I would recommend Makeba in a heart beat to anyone seeking to find a real estate agent/broker to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I would gladly refer Makeba. She was very professional in the handling the sale of our property. I was very impressed with the level of respect the other agents that attended the open house had for her and how she knew so many of the people that lived in this community. For us this was an investment property and we did not know much about the neighborhood. She was very skillful in her handling of the transaction and help to educate us and our tradesman on the importance of some things that we quite honestly never thought about. Meeting neighbor, pulling trash cans in timely, leaving space for neighbors to parkaEUR| what agent does a great job at selling and still takes the time to kindly educate us on these little things. We have worked with her since this project and will continue to do so for years to comeaEUR|if she will have us : )

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba assisted me with the sale of a home that had been in my family for many years. The transaction was seamless and she went above and beyond what I expected. The home needed work and we now live out of state so I expected to have to travel back and forth to complete process. Makeba and her team managed everything from getting the house ready and on the market, navigating through some unexpected challenges. Her negotiation skills, marketing and knowledge of the market helped us get well above what we were expecting! We appreciate all that you did for us and can't "ThankYou" enough for Everything! We highly recommend Makeba Stallings and wish her continued success.

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba was instrumental in both negotiating our transaction and navigating the entire process from start to finish in the resale of our property. Makeba is very detail-oriented and has the ability to look at both the big picture and comb through the details that can be missed by busy sellers such as ourselves. This is our second transaction with Makeba and we are looking forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba is everything you could want in a realtor. She knows the areas in the South Bay intimately, she is on top of the current inventory, and she understands exactly what it takes to get a deal done. She brings all of her real estate and customer service skills to the table with a level of kindness, compassion, respect and total honesty that has no peer. She takes the usually stressful task of finding the perfect home and negotiating the perfect price for your budget, and makes it seem simple and fun. She is a rare find in an uncharted sea oftentimes filled with realtors who are just in it for the commission. You will walk away from your deal feeling confident that you made the right choice about everything. There is no doubt we will continue our relationship with Makeba, she has become a family friend and trusted advisor. And, of course, we will look to her when the day comes to acquire another property.Give her a call. You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED MANY THANKS...Dear Makeba: "Thank You" for making the daunting and oft times confusing process of selling my home palatable. You were extremely informative, professional and even willing to meet with me when just an explanation over the phone wasn't enough, and I thank you. However, what has been so very much appreciated is your kindness and patience from the first day we met. Not only do I now have a realtor who I highly recommend ("thank you Brother") but most of all I have found a friend. "May the world hug you today with its warmth and love." Have a blessed day. ZillowVERIFIED Makeba is an amazing agent for many reasons. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is also excellent at explaining the complexities when selling or buying a home. Shes incredibly hard working as well and was always available. Most importantly for us is that she has a high level of integrity. Agents clearly need to close the deal to get paid but she was patient and honest and never put pressure on us. I Highly highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba Stallings is the best Real Estate Professional I've ever encountered. Not only does she not pressure you into buying anything, she gives you every detail possible regarding the property in question. She keeps you well informed on what's going on from start to finish. If you have a question(s) she will always have any answer, and the answer is never, "I don't know." Other pushy Realtors can learn a heck of a lot from her. I am glad to be a part of Team Makeba! She came highly recommended and I will definitely recommend her highly .

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba is a class act and a master of her craft. There are many real estate agents to choose from but she is truly a professional. First, her knowledge and preparation is thorough. Whereas others may speak in hypotheticals, her advice is rooted in fact -- which makes for more responsible decisions. Since buying a house is the largest purchase many of us will make, she took away all anxiety we had by being responsive to our questions, educating us on the process, and guiding us on how to engage with our lender. I not only intend to refer Makeba to friends, I have.... and she delivers for them as well... as buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Makeba was fantastic! She provided us with a website that allowed us to view homes quickly and then we would send what we wanted to see. Upon that request she would give us the pros and cons of the property. She let us decide if wanted to see the property or not. She was always one call or emai away. We wanted someone that wasn't pushing us to buy, but held someone that held our hand when we needed it. We were very comfortable with her! Her knowledge the area kept us from buying in an area where the metro came in. We would have been right in front of a train going by. She really knows.
