My wife and I needed to sell a property in Elk Grove, CA and Mairin came highly recommended by a trusted realtor acquaintance in SF who had worked with her in the past. We were definitely not disappointed. Mairin is a "firecracker" of an agent who lets her actions speak for her value to the selling party (note: I'm confident this would also be the case if we were in the market to purchase a home as well). Mairin was very prompt in meeting with us to discuss our expectations for the sale and conduct an assessment of the property's readiness for sale. After walking the property, Mairin immediately provided us with suggestions on actions that could be taken to enhance the property's visual appeal to potential buyers. Her plan elements focused on improvements that could be performed quickly and hold to a schedule she outlined to make the most of the Elk Grove area's changing market conditions.
