ZillowVERIFIED We were dreading selling our home of 25 years as we remembered how much of a hassle it was buying our new home just last year and in buying that original home 25 years ago. Fortunately our dear next door neighbors used Mai to sell their home and they highly recommended her services. They were so right. Mai made the whole process flow so smoothly. She understands all the legal details and also understands what buyers are looking for in their new home. She has a wealth of professional associates at her fingertips (stagers, gardeners, cleaners, etc) that provide excellent services for reasonable costs. After she started showing our house in just one long weekend we had multiple offers. They were all above asking price and Mai had made sure they were all very well qualified buyers. We were able to quickly narrow it down to the correct buyer and as a bonus they are a lovely family. Then escrow started, well that went just as smoothly and with our extremely well qualified buyer we closed in 22 days. Mai is delightful, knowledgeable, persistent (without being a pest :) ) and a closer. 5 Stars all around.

ZillowVERIFIED I last purchased a home in 1998. At that time I thought that was going to be the home where I would spend the rest of my days. Well, that turned out not to be the case. I met Mai during an open house in Glendora. Mai immediately displayed a very friendly, professional demeanor and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. Although I did not purchase this home, Mai's experience, knowledge, professionalism, and patience won me over. After several weeks, Mai located a home that met all my needs. Although I had been out of the housing market for many years and was not up to date with the current real estate process, Mai walked me through the entire process and we closed escrow seamlessly. If you're looking for an agent that is honest, experienced, patient and professional, Mai is the agent for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout my adult years, I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need and desire to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found MAI AUN. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust. Throughout the past several months, Mai has been there every step of the way. she has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. I now consider Mai a friend and would highly recommend her to anyone that is searching for a new home. Thanks again to Mai Aun for being such a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Mai was very professional, honest and friendly. I have worked with her for the last 8 years. She helped us buying our first house in 2009. She was terrific, so we went back to her when decided to buy our second house this year. She did it again. She was always available to show us houses, we have seen a lot, and always with a smile. Excellent in negotiation and delivered headache free process during the escrow. We do highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Mai is a sincere and honest Real Estate Professional. I cannot imagine working with anyone else. I hired her to sell a property for me, she was on top of everything involved in the sale, signs, contracts, inspections, etc... I do not know what could have I done without her. I worked with previous Realtors in the past but nothing came close to the service that Mai provides. She negotiated with the buyer better than me, putting my interest above anything else.
