Working with Mattie was such a fantastic experience! My wife and I first worked with her during the purchase of our first home and she made the process so easy and hassle free. She was very clear what we needed to do and what documentation we needed to provide and everything couldn't have gone better! She did not pressure us to make a decision and was super patient as we stumbled our way through buying our first home. Furthermore she was there to assist us with her expertise, which is substantial, when we did have a question on how to proceed with an offer or even simply how to choose a home that worked for us.I don't have enough great things to say about Mattie. She is currently handling the sale of our aforementioned first house, and again she has totally outdone herself. Simply put she makes the process easy and exciting while removing stress from the situation as much as possible by letting you (the client) concentrate on choosing a home and not worrying about paperwork.My wife and I wish we could take her to our new city as she has become not only a trusted advisor but a friend also.

As we prepared for an interstate home search and move, we called a number of agents for information. Of six we spoke with directly, Mattie was far and above the best. While others were hard to reach or waited days to respond, she was always available and prompt. We chose her to be our representing agent for our search, relying heavily on her for knowledge of the area, searching for potential homes, and extensive research to ensure homes met our needs. She was amazing from start to finish and helped us find and purchase our perfect home. My only wish would be to being her back with us to sell our other home.
