ZillowVERIFIEDTRUE STORY:Meeting Mahriah was the greatest encounter of my life! I honestly don't know where to begin but I will say this, CHOOSE HER AND SHE'LL MAKE POSITIVE CHANGES TO YOUR LIFE! The very first day I met Mahriah, my car battery died while we were looking for homes! I was soo embarrassed and shocked that this shiny MB actually cranked out on me! Ugh! But being Mahriah, she jumped started my car (without any hesitation) and drove me and my fiance to the nearest auto parts store. She never left us or made us feel judged. She was so super nice and genuinely showed concern. They didn't carry my type battery so I headed off to another store. She kept calling and checking on us to make sure we were safe. Just a really nice person. Fast forward 3 weeks later and by this time she had showed us like 25 homes and I was like omg, I know Mahriah is going to get sick of us lol! I just couldn't find that one home that worked. Then we walked into a gorgeous home and there were 5 other cars outside waiting with their agents to get in to see it. As soon as we walked in, I was like, this is it! She took off and was all over it! She fought hard (she's a sweet professional firecracker ?? ) and made sure they accepted our offer and guess what THEY DID! Ahhh so happy!! She called our mortgage broker, introduced herself (we found him ourselves) and he started the process. We were pre-approved for 385k at 3.5% and chose to make an offer on a 370K home, well below our approved amount. Now the day of the inspection was my bday. She surprised me and bought drinks, snacks and a balloon to the inspection. We were outside posing and taking pictures and all lol! Just a super nice human! So fast forward 30 days post offer and we're getting ready to close. Things weren't adding up and our broker kept changing our numbers and I kept calling Mahriah asking her opinion. So I got on my knees that Friday and I prayed like never before and I asked God to let his will be done because nothing was adding up on my broker's side. Tuesday I got a call from Mahriah while I'm at work and she said, "I know you're working but we need to talk!" I asked someone to cover me, walked away from the nurses station (I'm a critical care charge nurse) and I hid in the back closet. My heart was pounding and was I shaking because she's always so bubbly but not this time. She said, "I have news and it's not good, the bank denied your application and your $10k deposit is in jeopardy." I was speechless and felt nauseous. Then she said but I may have a solution (I'm crying right now just typing this...) She 3 way called a gentleman who is the CEO of a major mortgage company. By the time she added him to the call, I was distraught. I couldn't even talk because I was crying so much. He introduced himself and said, Mahriah reached out to me and do you agree that two different doctors can give two different results? I said yes and he said just trust me and I will get you that home. He had his team work everyday until 9pm, INCLUDING weekends, until they approved the loan. 12 days later we closed FHA at 2.75% and he took 5k off of our closing! What was a nightmare turned into a real life miracle! To close FHA in less than 30 days was amazing in itself but the rate reduction and the 5k savings was phenomenal. Had it not been for this super amazing woman, we would've never been able to live in our dream home. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and just look around because I can't believe that we actually own this. So Mahriah again, I thank you so very much for making our dreams come true. We've developed a true friendship out of this realtor buyer process. If I could give you a realtor's Congressional Metal of Honor I would, because you deserve that and more! Love you and thank you!
