ZillowVERIFIED I like the straightforwardness of Mike. No frills, no hidden agenda. He always seems to listen to the clients specific needs and goes forward with full zeal to help out. I have called him even during after office hours and he never refused the call and remained very patient all the time. I would use his services again without hesitation should I have any real estate needs in future. So, if you are looking for an honest, sincere and hardworking real estate representative, Mike Patel is the person to go to. Thanks Mahesh for your help in past several years.

ZillowVERIFIED Have known Mike for a few years and always there to help. Very Detailed and will go out of his way to get the job done. His needed help this time was finding a tenant to lease our condominium in Anaheim Ca. , with us living in San Diego County and not knowing the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge Of his product that he showed us. Mentioned the pros and cons of every property that we saw. Always ready for any question that we had. Not pushy but very assertive in his approach. Overall we are very happy that we had Mike as our agent. We will always go to him if we were to buy another property and would strongly recommend him to others. We ourselves saw what a difference there is between Mike and other agents that we had.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was great to work with. He was responsive to all of our phone calls. This was our 7th home purchase, but the real estate and escrow process continues to change prompting questions. Mike and his team guided us through the purchase and escrow process with professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is straight forward, honest and is no nonsense in his approach. It is nice Not to have a realtor that promises the sky and does not deliver. His only weakness was a lack of supporting services or leads for home repair services.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Mike to purchase our first home and really can?t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, ENDLESSLY patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. We inundated him with text messages on a constant basis and he always graciously replied back in a very timely manner. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Mike made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him!
