I am technically a "come here" because our family moved to the Eastern Shore of Virginia when I was 4 years old. My father was a physician at Shore Memorial Hospital for over 30 years and my mother has been active in many local volunteer organizations, theater, real estate and teaching. I grew up on a beautiful horse farm on Nassawadox Creek where my parents raised Arabian horses for most of my younger years. My childhood was spent making forts on the farm, crabbing off the dock, playing sports and spending a lot of time at the Trawler Dinner Theater. After graduating from Northampton High School, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University where I studied crafts, painting with a degree in Art History. I spent a few years in Richmond, Charlottesville and Virginia Beach, ultimately moving back to the Shore after meeting my husband, Chris. My professional career has consisted of medical billing, catering and sales and marketing. After the birth of my first son, I decided to open the Montessori Children's House of Franktown so that he would have the opportunity to experience the same education afforded to my sisters and me. To this day, it is still one of my greatest accomplishments and joys! When I am not working, you can find me at the ballfield with one of my three sons, creating flowers at my shop in Onancock or playing golf with my husband at the Eastern Shore Yacht and Country Club. My passion is building relationships and in all of my various jobs over the years, it has made me an expert in people and markets. With my background in customer service and desire to make people happy it was the building block the decision to pursue real estate. Whether it is a first time home-buyer, a growing family in need of an upgrade or a recent retiree looking to downsize, I look forward to making the process exciting and seamless.
