It was very helpful to have her recommendations on what upgrades make sense to have the builder complete vs. what you can do after the home is built, and what upgrades can help the most with resale in the future. It was nice to have someone to communicate with the builders in addition to ourselves in case we had any problems or questions.

ZillowVERIFIED Maggie was wonderful! We had a family friend who is currently a practicing realtor and they just weren't providing us with anything on my list. The houses they were providing were either well outside my price range or specifically against what I had asked for. We found Maggie by happenstance and decided to go with her because she pretty immediately was finding things that were in our range and the area that we were looking for. The second house that we looked at we knew we wanted but had fallen out of our loan window so we had to re-apply with someone that day in order to put an offer on the house. Maggie had a list of options on hand and we were able to get approved that day. I could go on, but essentially Maggie has all the little steps that you as a frantic and stressed out home buyer have either forgotten about or didn't even know existed.

She helped us see what we needed to do to the house to make it more attractive to buyers. We had an above asking price offer within 12 hours of our listing She also helped us with the inspection report and what was necessary to fix and what was not. ZillowVERIFIED We met Maggie over the phone as we were in CA planning our cross country move to IN. We're so grateful for how thorough and attentive she was. She sent us regular updates to houses that met the criteria we were looking for. She answered all of my questions, and I had A LOT of questions. Whether it was questions about towns, utilities, neighborhoods, weather, furniture shopping, she answered all of my questions with a great attitude! When my husband and I came to IN on a house hunting trip, she had put together an impressive portfolio of the houses we told her we wanted to see. She hit the ground running with us. We placed an offer on a house, went into contract, but it fell out due to dishonesty of the seller, anyway it was a curve ball, she handled it without breaking a sweat. That happened the afternoon before we were to fly home. She got us in to view a house that had just hit the market the day the first house fell out of contract. A house more perfect than we could have hoped for. She was right on top of it, and we signed papers to place our offer, before we flew back to CA. Knowing that she was so on top of everything gave us so much peace as we flew home. She referred us to a top notch lender, as well as equally professional home inspection company. I would trust Maggie with any home purchase or sale, so I am confident that she would make the perfect real estate agent for anyone looking for one.
