We are out of state, so had little to no first hand knowledge of the area, so Maggie was instrumental in helping us find and purchase land. Although out of her normal sales region, Maggie knew all of the pertinent local information, and was quick to find out anything she wasn't certain of. She set us up on the MLS Site so we could search through the current offerings, setup searches and make lists - the web interface was easy and helped tremendously with managing the vast amounts of data that had to be sifted through. Once properties were narrowed down, Maggie joined us at all of our viewings (sometimes driving for a couple hours to get there), walking the acres and acres of land with us giving valuable insight and offering considerations along the way. I contacted her on a Saturday about a listed property and she was able to give me several comparisons right away and we closed cleanly and quickly. Not only was her local market knowledge excellent, but she was very open and not afraid to say, "This is not a property you want" when I expressed keen interest in some lots that proved later to indeed not be good values. The title agent she chose was also very thorough, fast, and considerate. I hope to manage more investments with Maggie in the coming years, and am sure this will begin a good relationship.
