I can't say enough about how incredible Maggie was to work with! At every step, from "I'm pretty sure I want to buy a house" to the closing, I had a million questions. Buying a house is absurdly expensive and I was really concerned about making the wrong choices. Maggie was extremely patient, answering my questions with both kindness and a sense of humor, backed by a thorough knowledge of the area and the regional market. She was also so, SO responsive. I don't think she ever left a question unanswered for more than a few hours. During the inspection, she knew exactly who to get to do the home inspection and sewer inspection. Even better, after my closing, she sent a list of preferred vendors. She was also amazing at relaying messages back and forth between me and the seller's agent, and cheerful to work with throughout the entire process, during which I was often anxious. Buying a house is a really difficult experience that I'm not eager to do again anytime soon, but if I had to, I can't imagine calling anybody but Maggie to help. She was recommended to me by several of my friends, and it's obvious why that was the case. If you need a realtor, I don't imagine you can do any better in Berkshire County. Thank you again, Maggie!

Boy, did I luck out. Maggie had outstanding knowledge of the market in Pittsfield and was very communicative and kept me informed throughout the process. She answered all my questions promptly.
