If you plan on buying or selling your home in Los Angeles, you do need a real estate agent. You need the best you can get, not a friend who is an agent or an informal referral. But the best you can find. Earlier this year we interviewed four real estate agents, all of them were good. But we selected the best real estate agent we could find, Maggie Ding and her team at Compass. Maggie assigned Gina to us as a dedicated agent. Gina was excellent. Maggie told us that if we wanted to sell our home, we needed to do everything she and Gina told us to do, and that we wouldnt like some of their guidance. She was right, we didnt. But we decided that as we entered into a contract for Maggie to sell our home, then we needed to let her sell our home and keep our interference to a minimum. There was a complete deep cleaning, a full painting, then staging which required us placing most of our furniture into storage. Maggie and Gina were absolutely fantastic!! They helped us sell a townhouse and buy a new home. The whole process was seamless.
