ZillowVERIFIEDMagdalena Koziarczyk is the best of the best. From the first day we met to the closing of the property she did more to help then any other realtor could possibly do. This home was my in-laws on Long Island New York, they were in assisted living and half the time hospitalized. We live in New Jersey which is a 3 hour ride one way to my in laws home. Without the help and devotion of Magdalena the sale of the home would not have happened. Magdalena was with us every step of the way. If I contacted Magdalena for a question it was normal to receive a response within 5 minutes or less on any day or at any time. Magdalena also contacted us after the closing to ask if there was anything else she could help with. This is unheard of in todays world. I could go on for pages but if you want your home sold fast with an honest, caring, and extremely experienced realtor my suggestion is to contact Magdalena for your real estate needs and see for yourself how fabulous she is. Thanks again Magdalena.
ZillowVERIFIEDHad good experience working with Magdalena. She will update you every step of the process. There is nothing bad to say about her. We found what we were looking and almost closed with in a month. (That required work from buyer and agent) Now you can see how responsive and knowledge she is. :)
ZillowVERIFIEDShe will not leave you hanging ever!!! She was by our side throughout the whole process: from responding immediately to calls and texts, to fighting for us during negotiations, to inspection and appraisal. We couldnt have done it without her. You will not be sorry to choose her!!
ZillowVERIFIEDMagdalena was both my buyers agent and sellers agent. I would highly recommend her for both. For someone who was a complete stranger to start, she treated us like she would her own family. Shes professional, reliable, high job knowledge
ZillowVERIFIEDMagdalena is an amazing agent. She is reliable, punctual and professional. She respond to any questions very quick. She found us a perfect house. I would highly recommend Magdalena.
ZillowVERIFIEDMagdalena was very helpful, knew the process and the neighborhood, and was able to assist in the negotiation of the sale. I've been very turned off by the way realtors I've met have very little knowledge about the homes they are selling and seem more focused on looking to get you in and out. Magdalena was the complete opposite. She took the time to stay on top of the process and keep the other realtor engaged. Thank you, Magdalena for getting me through the process efficiently.
ZillowVERIFIEDMagdalenas extensive experience in the industry led us to The purchace of our dream home ! Her knowlege and attention to detail made us comfortable and excited with the whole process and we found what we were looking for very fast ! We will reccomend Magdalena to everyone we know !
