ZillowVERIFIED Magda is an amazing realtor. I was living in another state and she had to work mostly with my husband who is working in Florida. She was so helpful and patient. I would fly down and look at homes that sold immediately. This was during Covid which added to the stress. When I would go back up north, she would look with my husband and they would FaceTime me and keep me in the loop. My husband worked with her before Covid, and as soon as possible during Covid. We found a beautiful home and closed last week. Could not have done it without her...Such a kind person and the patience of a saint.. Also so knowledgeable. Always current on the market, availability and appropriate prices...

ZillowVERIFIED Magda was outstanding to work with. She asked questions about where we wanted to look, and the type of homes we wanted to see. Also as we found homes on Zillow she would give us the comps etc on the market and area. Her knowledge of the market and willingness to search for homes that we wanted to look at was outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED Magda was a true joy to work with. She made the purchase of our property easy and seamless. She was a true joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Magda was recommended to me from a friend, and I'm extremely glad we decided to work with her. Before I had even made the firm decision to buy, I contacted Magda who gladly started looking for properties for me. I live in a different state and she sent me many different houses in many different areas. With her expertise and knowledge she was able to locate property in the locations I would be happy with. When I was able to travel and see Magda, she was on the ball and ready with a schedule of listings and locations. I was under a time limit to purchase something and Magda's skills were far above what I could have ever expected. Before closing Magda did the walk through of the property on her own and found an unfortunate water leak. She notified myself and the sellers agent promptly. The situation was rectified in a timely manner. I had full confidence while working with Magda, and I know without a doubt, this process would not have been as seamless if I had gone with someone else. I would recommend Magda Paszkowski to all of my friends or family who are looking to sell or purchase a property with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely recommend working with Magda. She is knowledgeable, responsive, energetic and personable. She helped us find our home from out of state and was always quick to return calls and to go view homes for us as soon as we called and told her we were interested in something. I really appreciated her always keeping it real and telling us how it is. She frequently proved how she got to know what it was we were looking for and kept our best interests at the fore front. This was shown when she would tell me that based on what she knows I want, she thinks I wouldn't be happy with a home and why. All of this helped lead us to the home we ended up buying and love. The entire process with Magda from start to finish was pleasant and she never acted impatient or annoyed. I would work with Magda again and recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Magda highly enough! She is the absolute best and was so instrumental in selling my property. The property that I sold was certainly not the most grandiose property, yet she still gave this listing such careful and specific attention. I would definitely use her again and it is so comforting to have a realtor that I can trust and I know works hard to do the very best for me. She truly had my best interest at heart. Thank you for everything, Magda!

ZillowVERIFIED Magda Paszkowski was kind enough to take over from a previous realtor who I was unhappy with because of the lack of professionalism. She is a great example of what a professional is, from the way she presented herself to going the extra mile to make sure I found the property I could afford and envision a great home to invest in.I would be more than happy to refer her to anyone else looking for property.Thank you....Sandi S. ZillowVERIFIED Magdalena Paszkowski of HomeFront Realty is a superb realtor. Since I was only visiting for a week from Tennessee, I needed her to work fast - and she did. She showed me several promising properties in Dunedin on a single Saturday. More were scheduled for Sunday, but there was no need - the fifth property exactly matched what I was looking for. In the past I've worked with many realtors, and often there were problems with lateness, scheduling, getting door locks to work, and/or various other annoyances. No such problems with Magda - she not only epitomizes professionalism but also is very familiar with the area. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend is a real estate broker in New York and as soon as we started our home search with Magda he commented that she was very knowledgeable about the market and real estate regulations. I have already recommended Magda to a friend that will be looking in the same area. She helped to make the process, being done long distance, much easier.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently we purchased our dream home for upcoming retirement. Magda Paszkowski did great job showing us many homes via Skype, because we live in Michigan and could not see the properties in person. She has great knowledge of the market and was very helpful every step of the buying process. What really impressed us is how quickly she responded to emails and messages. She is very dedicated and excellent in her work.

ZillowVERIFIED Magda was fantastic. She showed me homes that fit the requirements I listed. She called me in a timely manner to let me know about homes that were in my price range. Magda worked tirelessly with the loan officer and myself to help smooth the application and loan process. When I could not make the 3 hour trip to sign papers she arranged for electronic signatures. I had worked with several realtors previously but none displayed the professionalism, motivation, or personality of Magda. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Magdalena Paszkowski as our realtor was very positive. She listened to what I wanted in a home and exceeded my expectations on finding the perfect one. She is very knowledgeable of the area and the current market. When I went to look at homes, she pointed out what was good with a property as well as what was negative about it. I felt she is in the business for the purpose of helping people find their dream home, not for the purpose of getting the commission. I would highly recommend Magdalena Paszkowski for your real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Magda was very professional. She was patient and showed us as many homes as we wanted to see. She called us promptly when we had listings we wanted to see. She helped us put together a contract when we found our home in the competitive market area at the time. I really liked Magda because when I said the price range we could afford she stayed within that range really trying to stay on the lower end when possible so we did not bite off too much house. Our experience was great and we loved the house we found. I would recommend her to anyone.
