She answered all of my questions (I had a ton, since this was my husband and I's first home to purchase) and she provided insight on things I didn't even think to ask. She was familiar and confident throughout the whole buying process, which put a lot of my worries at ease. She took the time to get to know me and my husband, and tried to find us homes that would suit us well. She was honest about the houses we looked at together, and I could tell she wasn't just trying to get us to commit to the first one we liked. Kimberly wanted us to LOVE the house and be more than comfortable before making a decision. She truly took us under her wing and guided us in a way that she would her own. We felt protected and understood the entire time. She was flexible with her schedule and always found a way to accommodate our needs (even during holiday seasons). I seriously cannot say enough good things about Kimberly. She is is such a genuine soul. She goes out of her way to show her clients kindness and generosity. Review Madison was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I am a first-time home buyer and had zero experience with the process. She guided me through every step along the way. Early in the process any trepidation I had about making a mistake was replaced by the trust I had in her knowledge and experience. Madison was very available and adjusted so I could look at homes morning or evening depending on my schedule. Everyone at Niles Realty Group were very helpful when I had dealing with them. Ill mention one other thing that folks may be interested in. My credit union didnt think they could complete the loan approval by the closing date. They had over 30 days to work with. When I informed Madison of this, she mentioned her brother in-law Bradley Niles worked on loans. With no certainty that I would use him, Bradley put together a package in about ten days. A week before the closing date. With a better rate! If I ever have need again, Madison and the Niles Realty Group are the folks that I will turn to.

Review Madison was great! We were fortunate to have been referred to her by our friends who also worked with her selling their house. She is very responsive. We were selling as the market was cooling due to rising interest rates. We were anxious but her recommendations and guidance were spot on. If your house needs anything to sell, she has contacts to refer you to who are honest and do great work e.g. roof, foundation, masonry, electric. Everyone she referred to us has been amazing and we will call them when my new house needs something. Start to finish, we could not have been happier with the whole experience.

Review My wife and I were introduced to Nicky through our home selling/buying process. Right off the bat she was proactive in helping us find our new home. We gave her our search area, and with the help of others from her team at Niles Realty Group, we were able to compose a list of houses to tour and look at. She was great on mapping the route so it took us the quickest and most efficient time looking at and touring houses, we couldn't have asked for a more willing and able Realtor to help us find our new home. When my wife couldn't be with me due to my work schedule, or we both were unable to go view a house Nicky was on it!! If my wife couldn't be with me she'd agree to meet me at the house to view and we'd go through take a lot of pictures and videos to share with my wife, and if both of us couldn't make a viewing Nicky would go herself and take very detailed videos, to share with me and my wife. This to us both was an A+ job on her part! But wait, it got better! When we did find the house we were pretty dead set on, Nicky made herself available to be at the house when our inspector arrived due to constraints on our end, and stay with him until he was done, my wife and I were able to arrive 30mins or so before he had to go to his next commitment but any extra details he didn't go over with me, Nicky was on top of it, and showed my wife and I anything that stood out about the house during the inspection that wasn't necessarily anything she "had to do". During the offer/option period she kept us up-to-date with everything going on with the Sellers, and was always quick to text or call about anything she had a question about in regards to our needs when it came to the buying process of the new home! She made us feel important, and not just another client that she would pass off once our deal was done. She has stayed in touch with us, offering referrals to any home needs if needed (roof repairs, plumbers, electricians, etc.) and making it more of a life time commitment to stay and be in touch with us for anything we may need when it comes to the real-estate world. She's got quite the knowledge and know how to get things done in her career, and we noticed it from start to finish! Once everything was said and done, it was time to close, and she was with us at our closing of the new home, and we felt she was part of the family! Even today almost a month and half later we are still in contact with her, and sharing some new events happening in our lives, and she's always reminding us that she's there to help us ever if we need anything. This was a amazing experience only could've been done by a true professional, and we are ever thankful for Nicky and what she was able to accomplish for us getting us into our new home! I had some serious problems in the buying process, and Kim was exceptional at helping us navigate the crazy hurdles that were thrown at us. Review We could not have found a better realtor than Kimberly Niles from Niles Realty Group! With her help we were able to find a purchase a home over 400 miles away from where we were currently living. That's not easy to do, but she helped make it easier. Kimberly's communication with us was excellent. She helped with communication between the buyer, our lender, and the title company. She was always on top of things! Business documents could have been a problem being so far away. But the Niles Realty Group had that handled. The paperwork was electronic so we didn't have to drive 400+ miles and back every time there were documents to sign. That was a huge time saver! Kimberly is a warm, kind, encouraging and considerate person. She is very professional when on the job. She knows exactly what to say and when. That helps things flow more smoothly when you aren't interested in a place. Kimberly was also very diplomatic and flexible when new issues or concerns would arise.
