We truly feel so grateful to have found Madeline and have her as our agent. We found her on a whim when we were inquiring about a listing online. Even though the house was already under contract, she still took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We had originally started out with a different agent that a family member recommended to us, who was supposed to be a seasoned local agent who had been doing this for 20+ years. The other agent kind of treated us like an afterthought and never had time for us. However, Madeline, from the start was ready to help us with all of our needs, and was able to meet with us that first weekend and take us on a bunch of house tours. When the other agent finally had time for us, we had already put in an offer on a house with Madeline by our side. Not only is she a stellar agent- she is also an amazing, kind, honest, hardworking person. Madeline was truly dedicated and patient as we went on many house tours on opposite ends of the mountain. She was also able to visit the houses and send us detailed videos when we were not able to drive up there. As a local, she also had great insight about certain things we would have never even thought of. She also accommodated all of our weird requests and had a ton of great contacts for us for home related services. She was with us when we made our first offer on a house. She was with us when we fell out of escrow on another house. And she was with us for everything else in between, including our final house. She gave us sound advice, fought for us, and ultimately got us a nice 5 figure price reduction as well with no back and forth!! Wow! We almost didn?t believe it. Buying your first house is scary and stressful, but Madeline was so calm and guided us every step of the way. She was transparent and willing to put in all of the hard work.
