ZillowVERIFIEDMackenzie did a amazing job with selling my. With all the new construction going up it seems to be a incredible task to sell a home, but she was up to the task, diligent and highly motivated she took the time to outline the options and attack the housing market. I could not be happier with the outcome. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their home or struggling to sell their home no matter the situation shell get it done!

ZillowVERIFIED Prior to listing, I did extensive research on local agents and found The Real Estate Experts and Mackenzie. She maintained constant communication every step of the way, providing straightforward guidance and options all the way through closing. Multiple hurdles and unexpected complications arose, but Mackenzie's expertise and experience provided clear resolution and assistance to overcome and move forward. Time and again during my property sale process Mackenzie demonstrated her expertise and masterful skills in real-estate. I highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie is an angel to work with. This amazing person is responsive, understanding, kind, she knows her stuff, and most importantly for buyers - she knows how to advise you ,even if you don't know yourself what you should buy. She has a talent that many realtors do not have. Some realtors only do whatever the buyer wants them to do, and that is a wrong . You hire a realtor not just to sell or buy your home, you hire them to consult with you to enable you to make good home buying or selling decisions. She was personally recommended to me by my former lender and if it was not for her, I still would be renting. This great lady both helped me buy a home and sell the same home during the height of the Covid-19 situation where I was required to re-locate to a different state, and she sold my home in under a month. Furthermore, when I needed her to sell my home, she responded to me within minutes, and my home was on the market in days. I have nothing but joy with my experience working with her, and it is in your best interest to only work with Mackenzie. I have personally recommended her to two of my close friends who were looking to buy and sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie was awesome to work with and put up with our crap too. We were first time home buyers not really understanding the process and she helped us better understand what was going on and took the time to understand what we wanted. When we finally found a house we loved she did not take no for an answer and locked it up for us. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie Crabtree is amazing! After having our townhouse in Smyrna on the market for nearly TWO years, we hired her and she got buyers in and our home under contract within a matter of weeks. And even kept our buyer hanging on when we had major water damage related to a storm. AMAZING. Highly recommend Mackenzie!

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie has an excellent knowledge of our market and the building our condo was located in. She was able to recommend an aggressive price, made great suggestions to have our place show well and her showing app made it very easy and accessible to potential buyers to set up showings while also keeping us informed of the activity. She followed up with all showings and the feedback was helpful. We had our condo under agreement within a couple of weeks and closed in under 2 months. All in all a very smooth process.

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie was wonderful! I am very picky and it takes me a long time to find the perfect house but Mackenzie was patient and showed me as many houses as I wanted. When I found the perfect house, Mackenzie got our offer in the same day. Her negotiation skills were excellent! We got the perfect home for an amazing price. I am so grateful she was our realtor!!! I would highly recommend her for any buying/selling needs in Atlanta or greater Atlanta area!

ZillowVERIFIED We have dealt with a lot of realtors over the past five years and Mackenzie was the most professional and dedicated Realtor we have ever used. No matter what time we called she either answered or returned the call within the hour. When it came down to the actual buying she negotiated a phenomenal price. She even worked with the mortgage advisers and all inspectors to make sure all was taken care of to our utmost satisfaction. Thanks for all the help Mack!

ZillowVERIFIED Mackenzie was very personable and attentive to all of our needs and concerns, as my husband and I were first time home buyers. She promptly responded to all phone calls and emails. She took time to research homes that were both in our price range and included our list of wants and needs. She thoroughly explained the paperwork and process of closing. Her knowledge of the market and kind personality truly made her WONDERFUl agent to work with!!!!
