Mackay is very knowledgeable about St Simons having grown up in the area. He consistently responded to all communication immediately which was very important to us. Mackay went above and beyond by checking our property weekly or more, after a storm, and before buyers came for a showing. We live out of town so this was especially helpful. After receiving an offer, Mackay helped with the negotiations and successfully worked with us and the buyers agent. He is punctual and always very pleasant. I highly recommend Mackay.
