We were so fortunate to have Melody Abella's expertise and experience in staging, listing and quickly closing a home we inherited in Fairfax. Although this was not our first home sale, it was a new experience for us. Melody was extremely knowledgeable about our (somewhat unique) circumstances and knew exactly what we needed to do to get the property staged, listed and quickly sold. Her staging of the home was so incredible, it made us think twice about selling it. It needed some upgrades and she watched the costs like it was her money. She proposed a somewhat aggressive sales price and the property had an offer at the exact asking price within 3 days. We were closed in under a month after going on the market. Meanwhile other nearby properties that were listed months ago sat on the market. You cannot find a more experienced realtor who pays attention to the details. She is backed by a first class team, including contractors who she helped to coordinate and vouched for, with good reason. She also had access to other real estate professionals who made a smooth sale even smoother for sellers who were no longer in the area. We cannot recommend Melody more highly.
