ZillowVERIFIED Despite a rough market Lynsie took us to countless showings & helped us place numerous bids on homes over the past 2 years. We finally won a bid this Dec. 2023. Lynsie got our HUD documents uploaded & submitted with HUD to meet the bid requirement deadline during her first 3 days out to sea on her vacation. Lynsie has gone above & beyond assisting us with meeting contractors for home improvements/renovations. She continues to help us after the closing has been completed.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynsie went above and beyond my expectations on several occassions. She personally help me move furniture into storage. She stopped by regularly to observe and lend a hand when preparing for the photo shoot and Open House. Lynsie was always on top of the paper work, too. She had documents prepared promptly and made documents from the inspection report and buyer readily available. She provided me with resources when I needed work done post inspection. She was always profession and friendly.

ZillowVERIFIED Lynsie White was with me every step of the way.The 50-plus year old house was part of my father's estate. It had never seen an upgrade since the day it was built. It was structurally sound and very well built, but very dated and wouldn't show well in it's current condition. Lynsie gave me an honest appraisal based on her expertise of the local market. I felt her pricing recommendation was reasonable and realistic with no bias toward simply getting a listing or making a quick sale and commission. She offered sound advise on renovations and upgrades that would not only make the property more marketable, but also give me a solid return on my investment. She let me know that she would not work both sides of the deal, serving as a seller/buyer agent. She was exclusively in my corner all the way.Part of Lynsie's marketing plan was to introduce the house to a few of her fellow agents in the area while the house was being prepared to be put on the market. The strategy worked out well as one of the agents who saw the house had a buyer interested in purchasing a property in our market area, and who ultimately purchased the house before we were even finished with renovations, upgrades, cleaning and emptying the contents. Remarkably, in the midst of a pandemic, the sale went down with no snags or delays. I would highly recommend Lynsie White without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for a house as part of a work relocation. We had a weekend to find our new home. Lynsie worked with us prior to the trip to narrow down our choices. She spent the entire weekend with us. When our favorite house turned up with crumbling concrete, we needed to scramble on Sunday. Lynsie was back-and-forth with my wife well after midnight on Saturday. We ended up finding the perfect home and Lynsie got our offer accepted just before we had to fly home! My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Lynsie and would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant recommend Lynsie enough! My wife and I took almost a full year to find a house (we were on a pretty strict budget) Lynsie would show us houses we found at a moments notice, walk through the most disgusting foreclosures with a smile on her face! She made the whole process as stress free as possible. (still super stressful!)Again shes the only realtor for me!
