She priced our home aggressively in the market and waited patiently. Several times she managed the marketing techniques to get our home back in the buyers sights, but not once did she ask us to reduce the price or encourage to alter the plan. In the end, we got a deal nearly at asking price, and right where we were happy to negotiate. Then, when the buyer was picky, picky about the cleaning in the wake of the Marshall Fire that delivered ash across the front range, she actually went in and cleaned the floor herself prior to the final buyer's final walk-through. Not only did she prepare and follow a comprehensive marketing plan for our property, she frequently refreshed on-line photos, thus increasing the number of views our property received. Our home was the most viewed on Zillow throughout the process. (BTW, Lynne, herself, is a superb photographer - a real artist!). While she helped us to negotiate a strong initial contract, she also secured and cultivated a highly viable back-up offer. When the first contract fell through, she immediately presented the back-up offer (at a higher price). The transition from buyer 1 to buyer 2 was seamless. Our closing was only delayed by 8 days. Lynns calm, professional demeanor ably guided us through the sales process. Her knowledge of the industry and market is second to none. Most importantly, she is a lovely person who is VERY easy to work with. We cant recommend Lynne highly enough and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Lynne Wright is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She has sold three homes of mine and recently helped me purchase a condo with an attached garage. She is spot on in her negotiation skills, response, and overall real estate knowledge. Several times we has low ball offers on my homes for sale and she said, I'm sorry but I really don't feel that this offer is high enough! So we had offers 10-20 thousand dollars higher. A rare individual indeed. She's always there for you and goes way beyond what a realtor needs to do for you. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I had used Lynne on two previous occasions...the sale of a home in Elizabeth and the purchase of my condo in Parker. When it became necessary for me to move out of state, there was no one else I wanted to list my condo than Lynne. Lynne is very detail oriented and uses all tools necessary to come up with a marketing plan for the listing. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your home is staged correctly to attract the right buyers. I had five weeks notice after my job transfer went through to pack up a 1300 sq ft condo and move out of state. On the day of the move, it was necessary to literally pack up and leave. I hired a cleaning crew and contractors from out of state and was able to coordinate with Lynne times they were able to get into my unit so it was spotless when it came time to list it. This in and of itself made my stress level lessen as I knew Lynne would take care of everything. Within a day of my listing going live on the MLS. I had a full price offer and all transactions regarding the sale were done by phone and email. The ease of this process, again, lessened my stress. I would recommend Lynne Wright for ALL your home buying or selling needs.

After meeting with Lynne, and other local agents the choice was clear who was going to be our agent. She made the entire situation, which at the time was very difficult after losing a loved one, seem easy which is a testament to not just her work ethic, but as a human being.
