ZillowVERIFIEDLynne sold our home in 15 days. Lynne came over and reviewed each room so to make it nice and she used the items we had in the home already. Lynne is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She always thinks of her clients first.

First off I am going to talk about fast expert. This service sent my first realtor who informed me that my house was uninhabitable and no one would be able to finance it u less I put $10k or more into the house. I cried for 2 days. Then I contacted Lynne Tardiff. She came immediately and was very personable and pointed out all of the great things about my home. She gave me a few ideas of how to fix a few things but it was up to me. She emailed me what she thought that my home would sell for with the minor repairs. I got back to her lettering her know that I didnt have the time to fix it up and she listed it for me with no issues. Two showings and 41 days later it was sold!! She helped me through everything. She is AMAZING. I would recommend her before I would a large agency. She always answers any questions or concerns in minutes. Always kept me up to date with what was going on. She was a great support!! She is the best at her job thats for sure!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

ZillowVERIFIED I first contacted Lynne to list my property and she responded and came to look at it immediately! She told me all of the good points in my home and things that would improve the selling price of I so chose and ways to fix it on a budget. I decided against the improvements and she came to list it immediately. Two showings later the house was under contract. Now it was time for her to find a home for me. There werent too many to choose from but she sent me listings and we looked quickly. She was able to assist in securing the home that I wanted and facilitated all of the repairs inspections and helped in the loan process. She Kept me informed of anything that was happening. She answers emails and texts messages promptly!! I would recommend Lynne to list your home and selling you a home. She is there for you compassionate and knowledgeable!! She really cares about the people not the bottom line!!

ZillowVERIFIED After deciding to relocate our family, from out of state, my husband and I contacted Lynne Tardiff. Immediately she proved to be very knowledgable with the local real estate market. Lynne made the entire process of purchasing our new home extremely smooth and effortless! She was very accommodating scheduling viewings, inspections, etc., considerate of our tight schedule, and patient with us while searching for the right property for our family. The majority of documents and contracts were done electronically, making them easily accessible. Lynne promptly answered any questions or concerns, and is an incredible advocate to have in your corner. I wouldn't recommend anyone else after working with Lynne Tardiff! The Lincolns

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved to Northern New Hampshire because of an employment opportunity - and we only had 6 weeks to make the move. Someone highly recommended we call Lynne Tardiff. Lynne quickly responded to our call, asked all the right questions, and took the time to really listen to our needs. She found us a home that is perfect for us. Lynne's knowledge of the area and her confidence allowed her to negotiate a price that we were very happy with. From start to finish Lynne was there every step of the way and relieved much of the stress of moving. We were truly impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness - we would not use anyone else for our real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Lynne served as our buyer's agent on a recent purchase in Bretton Woods, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience with her. She is smart, professional, and a real detail person. She's also tough when she needs to be, which is really helpful when negotiating. Her response time was always super quick -- even post-closing when a problem arose. Of all the people we dealt with during this purchase, Lynne stood out as someone we would most definitely call again if the need arose. She's fabulous!

ZillowVERIFIED I purchased a piece of land that Lynne had listed. It was a real pleasure to work with someone who knows how to communicate and is responsive. These days it seems there is a lack of those skills. Lynne addressed every issue (which were few) quickly and professionally. The closing was right on time and very well organized. I recommend her to others without hesitation!

ZillowVERIFIED We looked for a property through Zillow for about 6 months after deciding it was time to move. Even though we passed over the property many times looking for new listings we fell in love with the home once we saw it and the surrounding neighborhood. We contacted Lynne Tardiff and she gave us great information. She got us in touch with a leaning institution and set up an appointment to view the home. We definitely wanted this home and she helped us with getting all the information we needed to proceed, i.e, property maps and tax maps of the neighborhood, inspection reports, maintenance records, offers ,counter offers and eventual final offer. She kept in touch with us during the finance acquisition phase and all the way to the closing.Lynne gave us some useful local lore and names of local contractors and vendors, for instance, oil and propane dealers, electricity co-ops and educational outlets. Lynne was always prompt and ready to get to work. I feel she has a kind heart and she is very proud of her accomplishments , as she should be. Eric and Deborah Richter
