Truthfully, my husband and I have never had a Realtor like Peter Owen. Not just incredibly businesslike, patient, not pushy at all, kind, compassionate but Peter really KNOWS this business. Peter will work 200% for his clients. We know many that used and will still use Peter especially HIGHLY recommending him to family, friends, etc. We knew that Peter spent years in the corporate world especially in financial areas. His former background brings a lot more to the than your average Realtor. My husband and I agreed after our Closing, if we didn't have Peter representing us, we're not sure how it would have ended up. We're soo thankful to Peter !!

Lynne Koszalka was the best Real Estate Agent both my wife and I have ever worked with. We sold our first starter home and it was a easy process with Lynne. She made it very easy to work with both our busy schedules and she always answered our calls and emails. She paid very close attention to all the details from our needs to fixing items, staging for pictures, advertising open house showings and making recommendations to sell our home. All this and we were in contract in less than a month! If you are selling and or wanting to buy a home, please call Lynne. She will work hard for you and will always go the extra mile to assist you in the process. Thanks for everything Lynne, should our needs change, we will defiantly be calling you to help us or our friends and family! The Huertas Family!

We only have great things to say about Lynne Koszalka. Throughout the process of looking to rent our home, Lynne was easy to get in touch with and provided us with all necessary information. She was very knowledgeable and always well prepared. We always felt as though we were a priority. Lynne has such a lovely way about her, warm and polite. She was prompt to follow up with others when needed. We always felt in the loop. This process was much easier because of her. We are grateful for her and all the efforts she put forth in working with us.

Respected my opinion made very helpful suggestions. Sold my house after the first open house for close to full asking price which I was told by others reality agents that it would not be likely. Highly motivated would definitely use her services again.

Best there is! She's extremely knowledgeable in the NY real estate market and a sweet heart to work with. She followed up with every email and text I sent her which, at times, I bombarded her with...but she never complained and always gave me her honest opinion of the listings. I highly recommend working with her.

Lynne was very knowledgeable with regard to the local real estate market. She was also very resourceful when little "issues" arose with respect to the property for sale. She was able to handle all matters promptly and efficiently, and offered recommendations for outside help when needed. Lynne was very pleasant to deal with and provided honest opinions tactfully, when asked. Lynne did an outstanding job with the room-by room-photography of our house that was posted online and available for brochures; she is creative and a talented photographer, which is a unique asset that she brings to her position.

Lynne was and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hard working. She was an asset to my entire family throughout the process of selling my parent's home. I am so impressed with her honesty, integrity, and positive results that she is selling another home for me.
