ZillowVERIFIED My mom passed away and we had to sell her home quickly as they had a reverse mortgage. I was unfamiliar with reverse mortgages but Lynne knew what needed to be done! Not only did she know what needed to be done she was kind and understanding with the passing of my mom. Her advice was spot on with things that needed to be fixed or changed to sell the home. When offers came in, she went over them carefully with me, pointing out pros and cons with each of them. Everything went smoothly and we were able to get the home sold within the timeframe required by the reverse mortgage people. There is no other realtor I will ever use but Lynne Gately and that goes for my whole family.

Patient and happy to help, Lynne was there 'Face Timing' me about a home we liked given Covid and that we lived in another State. She proved her commitment to us time and again with her and her team's thorough knowledge of the Eugene and Central Coast market. She did virtual tours for us, answered a ton of questions, and she was very positive and encouraging about the whole process! We especially appreciated how detailed and thorough Rachels virtual tours were. She noticed lots of things for us that we wouldnt have been able to see otherwise (like the house needs new paint, new carpet on the stairs, new windows etc). She helped us see a clear picture of the houses we were considering putting an offer on. Long story summarized, my mother became unable to live on her own and was recovering in a facility.
