ZillowVERIFIED A We lucked out with Realtor Lynn Wise helping us with 2 recent quick property sales in South Austin, very responsive and flexible. Very patient with us, advised us, but let us make our own decisions. Looking forward to her help again on the next one soon. *UPDATE* Lynn had previously helped our small business sell 2 properties, for which we reviewed her performance 6/20/2025. She has since helped us sell a third South Austin property in a falling market. The best word is "dedicated". She kept us informed, and she never told us anything that didn't turn out "100". We give her good marks for local knowledge of our market, the paper work all got done in correct order, and she answered in person whenever we called. Mainly, we give her all the credit for not sugar coating a difficult sale, which is what we needed, not a lot of promises not kept. Tough market, but she was right there for us.
